We are seeking to hire a seasoned sales manager who will be supervising and grow our entire account team in addition to landing high profile enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for strategic planning, hiring/training, meeting sales quotas/goals, reporting to leadership and closing enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing sales OKRs (objectives) by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals
  • Implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results
  • Gaining and maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the last mile delivery industry and our solutions
  • Motivating the account/sales team by implementing a compensation system
  • Managing, coaching and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard and help them achieve their monthly sales goals
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales performance for leadership
  • Hunting down and close key accounts from the large business and enterprise segments.

Must-have skills

  • 5+ years sales experience with emphasis on digital products.
  • 3+ years of proven team lead experience.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and compensation systems
  • Exceptional customer relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in HUN and EN
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
  • High standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best
  • Ability to develop people (for managers). Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance, and prepares them for future roles.
  • Persistence. Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
  • Aggressiveness. Moves quickly and takes a forceful stand without hurting others.

Goals to reach

  • Setup your first account team of 4 of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Setup compensation system by the end of Q2 2022.
  • Deliver at least 245% revenue growth in 2022 and 210% in the coming two years consecutively.
