We are searching for someone who wants to learn and share our story through compelling content and drive growth. The ideal candidate thinks strategically while getting into the weeds and brings a positive energy to the team. This person should build a marketing strategy and a manifest to meet our company goals while launching into execution.

This is a hands-on position that will develop hand-in-hand with a growing marketing team throughout numerous email campaigns, social media posts, conferences and events, PR releases, hero copies and inbound strategies.


  • Planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to grow user base and brand awareness in the segment of enterprise and consumer businesses.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and vendors through a variety of channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click, social, PR and newsletter.
  • Oversee all conference/event marketing strategy and tactical implementation of pre, post, and onsite marketing involvement.
  • Work with enterprise and consumer teams to segment audiences for tailored communication.
  • Create, measure, track and analyze marketing campaigns to understand user behavior and overall marketing success.
  • Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships.

Must-have skills

  • 5+ years marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of proven team lead experience.
  • Honesty/integrity. Does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidences. Does what is right, not just what is politically expedient. Speaks plainly and truthfully.
  • Interest in taking bootcamp yourself to gain technical skills and better understand the last-mile delivery industry.
  • In-depth experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including newsletters, social media, conferences and events, PR releases and inbound strategies.
  • Aptitude in current digital marketing technologies and best practices in optimization for digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices.
  • Strong project management, communication, organization and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to details. Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
  • Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
  • Strategic thinking/visioning. Able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.

Goals to reach

  • Re-create our branding, including brand name, design system and logo and lay the foundation of a world-class brand in 2022 Q2 in collaboration with creative professionals and our founders.
  • Create a communication/marketing manifesto.
  • Increase follower/subscriber counts in 2022: Facebook: from 1661 to 2500, Instagram: from 25 to 250, TikTok: from 5 to 100, Youtube: from 4 to 100. In the coming years reach at least 150% growth on all platforms.
  • Increase our newsletter subscriber base from the tiny 136 to 1000 by the end of 2023 and then produce 150% growth on yearly basis.
