Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking to hire a support team member who will offer a helping hand to our customers through our helpdesk e-mail and phone line to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will be reached out by potential business customers, end users or delivery partners, with general inquiries, or with a specific question or problem to be answered/solved.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone and email
  • Identifying and reporting customer needs
  • Helping customers understand specific product features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Administrative tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work in a team
