We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive who loves the thrill of the hunt. As AE, you will be responsible for the lead closure of business and enterprise accounts in the sales cycle. We are currently setting up an assembly line/pod type sales team, where we give room for great ideas of procedures and workflows. You will also help internal teams continue to innovate by sharing knowledge of client challenges and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Pursuing and closing sales opportunities in the business and enterprise segments
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintaining internal sales tools (Salesforce: We Bring Companies and Customers Together ) for CRM and pipeline management
  • Engaging with technical and/or executive team members in complex sales scenarios
  • Developing well-tailored client proposals/presentations that effectively communicate our product’s USPs
  • Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of marketplace and competitor developments
  • Regular engagement with product management teams to deliver intelligence on client needs

Must-have skills

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Effective tele-sales and online presentation skills
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (i.e. value selling, target account selling, solutions selling, strategic selling)
  • Proven history of consistent over-quota achievement of sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Prior experience selling/implementing in e-commerce market is a plus
  • Native Hungarian language skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Fluent in english
  • Experience in software sales (SaaS) in the e-commerce industry
  • Any tech background
